I don’t want to say too much about my situation in this post cause I’ll probably get fired, but is’nt it fundamental that managers don’t have double standards & they should treat everyone equally?
Obviously not in the company that I work for. Or maybe it is just my manager?
Retail is so messed up. I would never suggest to someone to get a job in retail. You get treated like shit, get spoken to like shit, get paid shit, work shit hours & the list goes on. You’d think it’s just customers that treat/talk to you like shit, but managers are 10 times worse. And I’ve had more than 3 managers, none of them are an exception.
I’m pretty sure I will get fired after this post, but to be honest, I am not going to hold my thoughts back on a multi-million company.
